These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y44bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y44bet online gaming and betting platform accessible at y44bet.cam.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register and maintain an account on the y44bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

y44bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity document (CNIC/NICOP), proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC checks may result in account restrictions or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. You agree to notify y44bet immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account. y44bet shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

By using the y44bet platform you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers or databases.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or mechanical devices to place wagers or interact with the platform in any manner not sanctioned by y44bet.
• You accept that all games and betting markets are governed by random number generation (RNG) or real-world event outcomes, and that the results of individual games are not predictable.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount of your deposits.
• You will not use the platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing.
• You will comply with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction at all times while using the platform.

6.1 Accepted Methods

The platform references familiar Pakistani payment rails for user convenience, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references do not constitute endorsement or confirmation that any such provider supports online gambling. Actual deposit methods available are subject to operator configuration and may vary by region and account status.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

6.3 Currency

7.1 General Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit and verified in your name.
• All outstanding KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Processing times vary by payment method, compliance requirements and verification status. y44bet does not guarantee specific processing speeds.

7.2 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Real-money funds derived from bonus activity are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met may result in bonus funds being removed from the account balance.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

y44bet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may require additional documentation before the request is processed.

y44bet may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, reload offers and other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to specific eligibility criteria. Users who do not meet the stated criteria will not receive the promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• y44bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, in accordance with clause 16 (Amendments).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• y44bet does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time.

9.1 Acceptance of Wagers

A wager is only accepted when the platform has confirmed receipt and issued a reference number or bet confirmation. y44bet reserves the right to decline any wager without stating a reason, particularly where a technical error, suspicious activity or odds calculation issue is identified.

9.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that incorrect odds are offered due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error, y44bet reserves the right to void any wager placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake amount to the User's account balance.

9.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise unable to produce a result, wagers on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are detailed in the sportsbook section of the platform.

9.4 Cricket & PSL Specific

For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and other Pakistan cricket events, specific market rules apply to rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments and match abandonments. These rules are published within each relevant market and take precedence over general betting rules in case of conflict.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y44bet platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using the platform to launder money or to transfer or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems or third-party software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities or display errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Providing false identification, fraudulent payment information or impersonating another person.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing y44bet staff or other users through any communication channel.

11.1 Platform's Right to Suspend

y44bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reason to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where suspension is required by law or a competent regulatory authority.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support through live chat or the help centre. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC checks.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the platform due to gambling-related concerns may request a self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods and conditions are detailed in our Responsible Gambling policy.

y44bet shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors or network interruptions beyond the platform's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your failure to verify eligibility under Applicable Law;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the y44bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data compilations, software and design elements — is the intellectual property of y44bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of y44bet.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
